The route offers lush greenery, especially during monsoons. Mahabaleshwar is famous for its viewpoints, strawberry farms, Venna Lake, and pleasant climate. Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Pune and Half-Day Ashtavinayak Temple Darshan
Upon arrival in Pune, begin your spiritual journey with visits to three of the revered Ashtavinayak temples. Start with a drive to Morgaon, home to the Mayureshwar temple and considered the starting point of the Ashtavinayak pilgrimage. After seeking blessings, continue to Theur, where the Chintamani Ganapati temple awaits. Following a peaceful darshan and a lunch break, proceed to Siddhatek, another significant shrine dedicated to Lord Ganesha. After completing the darshan at these temples, return to Pune by evening. Overnight stay in Pune.
Day 2: Transfer from Pune to Mahabaleshwar via Pune City Tour
After breakfast, embark on a half-day city tour of Pune. Explore notable attractions such as the Aga Khan Palace, a landmark of India’s freedom movement; the beautiful David Synagogue; the ancient Pataleshwar Cave Temple carved out of a single rock; and the historic Shaniwar Wada, a fort that once served as the seat of the Peshwas. Post sightseeing, drive toward Mahabaleshwar, a scenic hill station nestled in the Sahyadri ranges. On arrival, check into your hotel and relax. Overnight stay in Mahabaleshwar.
Day 3: Full-Day Sightseeing in Mahabaleshwar
After breakfast, set out for a full day of sightseeing in Mahabaleshwar, exploring its many viewpoints and natural wonders. Visit breathtaking spots such as Arthur Seat, Babington Point, Bombay Point, and Lodwick Point, each offering panoramic views of the valleys below. Admire waterfalls like the Dhobi Waterfall, and tranquil places such as Venna Lake and Old Mahabaleshwar Temple. Discover the charm of less-crowded spots like Hunter Point, Rosamund Rock, Kates Point, and Robbers Caves. After a fulfilling day amidst nature and serenity, return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Return to Pune with Local Sightseeing
Following breakfast, check out and head back to Pune. Upon arrival, enjoy a local sightseeing tour that includes the famous Dagdusheth Ganpati Temple, known for its grand idol and spiritual ambience; the Kelkar Museum, which houses a rich collection of artefacts; and Saras Baug, a peaceful garden with a temple at its center. Also revisit key sites like Shaniwar Wada and Aga Khan Palace if missed earlier. End the day with an overnight stay at your hotel in Pune.
Day 5: Visit to Pali and Mahad Temples, and Departure from Pune
Start the final day of your journey with a visit to Pali, another important Ashtavinayak temple, followed by a trip to Mahad for darshan at its sacred shrine. After completing both visits and enjoying lunch en route, return to Pune. You will be dropped off at Pune Airport for your onward journey, marking the end of your spiritually enriching and scenic Maharashtra trip.

- The vehicle provided will be as per the confirmed booking. Any request for an additional or upgraded vehicle due to excess or oversized luggage will incur extra charges.
- The vehicle service is available until 8:00 PM as per the itinerary. Usage beyond this time will attract applicable night charges, payable directly on the spot.
- Standard vehicle usage is permitted between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, covering sightseeing and travel as per the itinerary.
- For outings beyond 7:00 PM, additional vehicle charges will apply or alternative transportation must be arranged at your own cost.
- Most hotels in Munnar provide only non-AC rooms. Kindly reconfirm your room category if you require an AC room.
- In the event of road closures, alternate routes may need to be taken to reach your destination. Any additional charges for such detours will be payable directly.
- Entry tickets to the Periyar Wildlife Reserve are not included and must be pre-booked before travel.
- Similarly, most hotels in Thekkady offer only non-AC rooms. Please verify your room type if air conditioning is desired.
- Upon hotel check-in, an advance/security deposit may be required (as per hotel policy). This is refundable at check-out, minus any applicable charges for mini-bar items, late check-out, or damages to the room.
- Tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, etc., are not included unless explicitly specified.
