Cancellation Policy
At Allons Z Tours and Travels, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your booking. This policy outlines the conditions under which cancellations are allowed, applicable charges, and the necessary procedures.
1. Cancellation by the Client
Bookings may be cancelled by the client under the following conditions:
- Cancellation Charges: Cancellation fees will be applied based on the timing of the cancellation and the specific tour package booked. Charges vary depending on how far in advance the cancellation is made:
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure may incur a cancellation fee calculated as a percentage of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to departure may result in higher cancellation fees.
- Non-Refundable Amounts: Certain deposits and payments are non-refundable under all circumstances. This includes booking fees, handling charges, and payments for any prepaid non-refundable services.
- Communication of Cancellation: Cancellations must be communicated via email within the specified time frame outlined during the booking process. We recommend confirming the cancellation in writing to avoid any misunderstandings.
2. Cancellation by the Company
The company reserves the right to cancel your booking under the following conditions:
- Failure to Make Full Payment: If the client fails to make the full payment by the due date, the company reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice. In such cases, the client may not be entitled to a refund, depending on the booking terms.
- Force Majeure: The company may cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, political instability, strikes, or other force majeure events. In such instances, the company will notify the client as soon as possible and provide options for rebooking, rescheduling, or issuing a refund where applicable.
3. Refund Process
- Eligibility for Refund: If your cancellation qualifies for a refund (after deducting any applicable cancellation fees), the refund will be processed once the cancellation request has been confirmed.
- Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the client’s account within 15 working days from the cancellation date.
4. Important Notes
- Changes in Travel Plans: Any changes to the booking, including modifications to dates, the number of travellers, or the tour package, will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges. If these changes lead to a cancellation, the applicable cancellation fees will apply.
- No Show: If the client fails to show up for the tour on the scheduled date and time without prior cancellation, the entire booking amount may be forfeited.
