Allons-Z Travels Pvt. Ltd. (Hereafter designated as “the Company” or “ourselves”) accepts reservations subject to the terms and conditions outlined herein. These terms exclusively govern all tour arrangements facilitated by the Company and are applicable solely to clients who engage our services. By finalizing your reservation, you acknowledge your acceptance and agree to adhere fully to these terms and conditions.

For the purpose of this Agreement, terms such as “booking,” “tour,” or “arrangements” refer strictly to the travel services provided by the Company and do not imply any additional services beyond those explicitly stated. Clients are strongly encouraged to review these terms on our official website to ensure a clear understanding of their rights and obligations before finalizing their booking.

1. Contract and Acceptance

Your agreement with Allons-Z Travels Pvt. Ltd. is legally binding upon booking confirmation. Any modifications to these terms are valid only if issued in writing by the Company’s authorized representatives. The Company does not accept liability for agreements made outside of this contract.

2. Booking and Payments

To secure a booking, a non-refundable deposit is required. The deposit amount varies based on the selected package and destination.
The remaining balance must be paid within the stipulated time frame communicated at the time of booking.
Full payment may be required in advance for international tours or high-demand packages.
Payments must be made only to the official bank account of Allons-Z Travels Pvt. Ltd. We do not accept payments through third-party services unless explicitly stated by the Company.

3. Changes to Booking

Any modifications to your booking must be requested in writing or in person at our office.
Amendments will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to additional charges.
Changes requested at the last minute may not be accommodated, depending on tour arrangements.

4. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be communicated via email or phone within the stipulated period.
Cancellation fees apply based on the timing of the request and the terms of the specific tour package.
Deposits and certain prepayments may be non-refundable.
The Company reserves the right to cancel a booking due to non-payment or unforeseen circumstances, with prior notice.

5. Travel Insurance

We strongly advise all clients to obtain comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, baggage loss, and other unforeseen events.
The Company is not responsible for expenses incurred due to lack of appropriate insurance coverage.

6. Liability & Responsibilities

Allons-Z Travels is responsible for providing the services listed in the tour package with due diligence and care.
However, we are not liable for personal injuries, property damage, losses, delays, or cancellations due to factors beyond our control.
Clients are expected to act responsibly and adhere to the rules and regulations of the destination country.

7. Health & Safety Requirements

Clients must ensure they are medically fit to participate in the tour. Any pre-existing conditions must be disclosed at the time of booking.
The Company reserves the right to refuse service if a client’s health condition poses a risk to the tour’s safety.

8. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any disruptions, cancellations, or losses caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.

9. Marketing & Promotional Material

Information provided in brochures, websites, and advertisements is accurate at the time of publication but may be subject to updates. Clients are advised to verify details before booking.

10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Telangana.
Clients are encouraged to report any grievances via email to careallonsz@gmail.com, and we will attempt to resolve them within 24 hours.

11. Amendments to Terms

Allons-Z Travels reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website or through other official communication channels.

Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation

This Web site is for your personal and non-commercial use. You will not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative work from, transfer, or sell any information, software, products or services obtained from this web site.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use

As a condition of your use of this website you warrant to AAPL that you will not use this website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these terms’ conditions and notices. 12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of INDIA, and any disputes arising out of these terms will be resolved under the jurisdiction of Telangana.
