Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1 – Arrival in Nice
Upon your arrival at Nice Côte d’Azur International Airport, you will be greeted by a representative and transferred privately to your hotel. After check-in, you can unwind and get accustomed to the charming Mediterranean ambiance of Nice. The rest of the day is at leisure. We recommend strolling along the iconic Promenade des Anglais, soaking in sea views, or visiting the quaint Old Town (Vieux Nice) to sample local cuisine and enjoy the lively atmosphere. After breakfast at the hotel, make your way to the departure point (approximately 1 km from your hotel) for a fun and interactive 1-hour Segway™ guided tour of Nice. After a quick training session, glide through the city with your guide, passing historical and cultural landmarks such as Place Massena, Promenade des Anglais, Nice Opera, and other scenic spots. Your guide will share local stories and history, offering a unique and immersive way to discover Nice. Post-tour, the rest of the day is free. You can relax at the beach, visit a museum like the Marc Chagall National Museum, or enjoy French cuisine at a seaside café. Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before you are picked up for a half-day small group city tour of Nice. This guided tour takes you through the city’s most notable landmarks such as the Promenade des Anglais, Castle Hill Park (Parc de la Colline du Château), the Russian Orthodox Cathedral, and the Course Saleya Flower Market. Explore vibrant neighbourhoods and enjoy stunning panoramic views of the coastline. This tour blends history, art, and the Mediterranean lifestyle into a memorable experience. After the tour, the afternoon and evening are yours to explore further. Optional activities include a short trip to Eze Village, a perfume factory tour, or shopping in the city center. After enjoying breakfast and checking out of the hotel, you have free time until your flight. Depending on your flight schedule, you may do some last-minute shopping, enjoy a leisurely walk, or have a relaxing brunch by the sea. Departure transfer to the airport is on your own (optional private transfer can be arranged at an extra cost). We hope you leave Nice with unforgettable memories of the French Riviera’s elegance and charm.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
- Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
- Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
- There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
