Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb
Welcome to Croatia! Upon arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be received by our representative and transferred privately to your hotel. After check-in, spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring Zagreb at your own pace or simply relaxing.

Day 2: Varazdin & Trakošćan Castle Tour – Transfer to Plitvice
After breakfast, depart at 9:00 am for a full-day guided small-group tour to Varazdin, a charming baroque town, and the medieval Trakošćan Castle. Wander through Varazdin’s ornate streets and explore the history-rich interiors and scenic views of Trakošćan. After the tour, proceed independently to Plitvice National Park. Check-in and relax at your hotel surrounded by nature.

Day 3: Transfer to Dubrovnik
Enjoy your morning in Plitvice National Park and then travel to Dubrovnik (transfer on your own). Upon arrival, check in and spend the rest of the day relaxing or exploring the old town. Wander the limestone streets, admire the city walls, or enjoy a sunset view of the Adriatic.

Day 4: Dubrovnik Panoramic Cruise
After breakfast, join a 45-minute group panoramic cruise along Dubrovnik’s beautiful coast. Admire views of the old city walls, Banje beach, Lokrum Island, and Lovrijenac Fortress from the sea. Enjoy the rest of your day at leisure, exploring Dubrovnik’s medieval alleys and stunning seaside spots.

Day 5: Split Walking Tour – Transfer from Dubrovnik

Visit Peristyle Square and the Cathedral of St. Domnius while diving into Split’s Roman heritage. In the evening, check in to your centrally located hotel.

Day 6: Split City Tour & Departure
After breakfast, enjoy a half-day panoramic tour of Split. Visit Bacvice Beach and ride through the historic core by tuk-tuk, uncovering Split’s hidden corners and landmarks. Post tour, proceed to the airport or onward destination on your own.

Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
- Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
- Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
- There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
