Day 1:Arrival at Cochin & Proceed to Munnar

Upon arrival at Cochin, proceed to Munnar, a serene haven set 1,600m above sea level, surrounded by tea plantations, valleys, and mist-covered mountains. En route, visit Cheeyappara Waterfalls, cascading in seven steps, and the beautiful Valara Waterfalls, nestled amidst lush greenery. You’ll also enjoy a tour of a spice plantation. Arrive in Munnar for an overnight stay at the hotel, surrounded by the charm of nature.

Day 2: Munnar Full Day Sightseeing Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a full day of sightseeing in Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (entry fee extra), home to the endangered Nilgiris Tahr. Then, head to the Mattupetty Dam (entry fee extra), a stunning concrete gravity dam surrounded by picturesque landscapes, tea plantations, and Shola forests, ideal for birdwatching and trekking.
Next, visit Kundala Dam (entry fee extra), famous for its views of the Neela Kurinji flowers that bloom once every twelve years. On your way, stop at Echo Point, where the lush greenery enhances the natural beauty, and Pothamedu View Point, offering panoramic views of tea, coffee, and cardamom plantations.
Return to your hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 3:Transfer from Munnar to Thekkady

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Thekkady, renowned for its natural spice plantations and the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary.
Upon arrival, check in at your hotel. Later, visit the Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (entry fee extra), one of India’s finest wildlife reserves, home to elephants, tigers, wild boar, and numerous other species. Enjoy the scenic mountain views and jungle walks. In the evening, take a boat cruise (additional cost) on Periyar Lake to spot wildlife in their natural habitat.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.

Day 4:Gavi Morning Safari

Start your day with an early morning Gavi Day Trip from 6:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
Enjoy a one-hour wildlife safari by bus, offering opportunities to spot elephants, bison, deer, birds, and more. Experience boating (45 minutes) on the lake, where you may see elephants and a scenic waterfall. Embark on a trek (short or long) through the area, perfect for birdwatching, with a chance to spot the Indian Great Hornbill and other species.
Afterward, return to your hotel for the rest of the day at leisure or for further exploration.

Day 5:Departure from Thekkady + Sightseeing in Kochi

After breakfast, check out from your hotel and proceed to Kochi. Upon arrival, begin your sightseeing with a visit to Fort Kochi, where you can see the famous Chinese fishing nets, introduced by traders in the 14th century. Watch local fishermen in action using these nets, a traditional fishing technique.
Next, stroll to St. Francis Church, the oldest European church in India, and continue your tour to the Mattancherry Palace, built by the Portuguese in 1555, known for its beautiful murals depicting Hindu epics like the Ramayana and Mahabharata. Close by, visit the Paradesi Synagogue, the oldest active synagogue in South India.
Afterward, proceed to Cochin Airport for your departure, carrying beautiful memories of your journey through God’s Own Country.

  • The vehicle provided will be as per the confirmed booking. Any request for an additional or upgraded vehicle due to excess or oversized luggage will incur extra charges.
  • The vehicle service is available until 8:00 PM as per the itinerary. Usage beyond this time will attract applicable night charges, payable directly on the spot.
  • Standard vehicle usage is permitted between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, covering sightseeing and travel as per the itinerary.
  • For outings beyond 7:00 PM, additional vehicle charges will apply or alternative transportation must be arranged at your own cost.
  • Most hotels in Munnar provide only non-AC rooms. Kindly reconfirm your room category if you require an AC room.
  • In the event of road closures, alternate routes may need to be taken to reach your destination. Any additional charges for such detours will be payable directly.
  • Entry tickets to the Periyar Wildlife Reserve are not included and must be pre-booked before travel.
  • Similarly, most hotels in Thekkady offer only non-AC rooms. Please verify your room type if air conditioning is desired.
  • Upon hotel check-in, an advance/security deposit may be required (as per hotel policy). This is refundable at check-out, minus any applicable charges for mini-bar items, late check-out, or damages to the room.
  • Tickets to attractions, museums, trains, cable cars, ferries, rides, safaris, etc., are not included unless explicitly specified.
