Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1 – Arrival in Istanbul
Upon arrival in Istanbul, a representative will greet you at the airport and assist with your hotel transfer. After check-in, take time to relax and soak in the city’s vibe. If you wish, step out for a short walk and explore the lively streets of Istanbul at your leisure. Return to the hotel for an overnight stay.
Day 2 – Istanbul City Tour
Enjoy a hearty breakfast before heading out with your guide for a full-day sightseeing tour of Istanbul. Explore historic landmarks such as the Roman Hippodrome, Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, and the German Fountain. Visit the Grand Bazaar for a Turkish handicraft demonstration and later continue to Topkapı Palace, the heart of the Ottoman Empire. Overnight stay in Istanbul.
Day 3 – Transfer to Cappadocia
After breakfast, check out and transfer to the airport for your flight to Kayseri (own expense). Upon arrival, travel to Cappadocia, a region famous for its surreal landscapes and ancient cave dwellings. Once you check in at the hotel, spend the rest of the day at leisure. Enjoy dinner and rest well overnight in Cappadocia.
Day 4 – Cappadocia Tour
Start with breakfast and embark on a full-day exploration of Cappadocia’s unique geological wonders. Visit the fairy chimneys at UC Guzeller, Devrent Valley, and Pasabaglari. Discover the pottery town of Avanos and marvel at centuries-old churches in the Goreme Open Air Museum. After the tour, return to the hotel for dinner and an overnight stay.
Day 5 – Fly to Antalya
Have breakfast and drive to Kayseri Airport to catch your flight to Antalya (own expense). On arrival, you’ll be transferred to your hotel in Antalya, the jewel of Turkey’s southern coast. Settle in and enjoy the evening relaxing by the Mediterranean. Overnight stay at the hotel.
Day 6 – Antalya Leisure Day
After breakfast, enjoy a free day to explore Antalya at your own pace. Visit Lara Beach or Konyaalti Beach for sunbathing and water sports (own expense). Discover the vibrant beachfront cafes and shops or take in the coastal beauty. Return in the evening for dinner and a comfortable overnight stay.
Day 7 – Departure from Turkey
As your unforgettable Turkish journey comes to an end, begin your day with breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight schedule, spend some free time for last-minute shopping or a relaxed walk near your hotel. Check out and proceed to Antalya Airport by shared coach for your return flight, carrying wonderful memories of Turkey’s rich history, culture, and landscapes.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
- Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
- Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
- There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
