Upon your arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be met by our representative and privately transferred to your hotel. Once checked in, take the remainder of the day to unwind or explore the city’s vibrant streets at your own pace. Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the imposition of new taxes by authorities.
- Charges related to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, and any deviation or modification in air ticket bookings.
- Fluctuations in currency exchange rates that may lead to an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses for hotel stays before the commencement or after the conclusion of the tour.
- Additional costs incurred due to unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure circumstances such as changes in travel routes, airlines, travel dates, or accommodation arrangements.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and food or beverages not included in the standard group menu.
- Any extra expenses incurred on behalf of an individual due to illness, accidents, hospitalization, or other personal emergencies.
- Charges for services, activities, or experiences not specifically mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- An initial deposit of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within 7 days of the initial booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The full balance payment (100%) must be completed at least 21 days before the departure date.
- All payments must be made as per the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking, and the company reserves the right to forfeit any amount already paid.
- In case of visa rejection, a cancellation fee of ₹20,000 per person will be charged, in addition to any non-refundable visa fees already paid.
- Travelers must ensure that their passport is valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellation 30 days or more before the departure date will incur 10% of the tour cost as cancellation charges.
- Cancellation between 15 to 30 days prior to departure will incur 50% cancellation charges.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- Standard international check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed early check-in, one night’s additional charge will apply.
- All tours will operate in accordance with government rules and regulations.
- Due to limited luggage capacity in the coach, guests are advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
- Any increase in government taxes or levies in Europe may result in a price adjustment, which will be duly justified.
- No refunds will be issued for unused services or missed experiences.
- A minimum of 20 passengers is required for the tour to operate. If the group size falls below this, the tour may be combined with another group without affecting the scheduled sightseeing activities.
