Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb
Upon arrival in Croatia’s vibrant capital, Zagreb, you will be warmly welcomed by a Nexus representative and privately transferred to your hotel. After check-in, you can relax and refresh or take a leisurely stroll through the city. Explore its charming streets, rich cultural sites, or visit one of the many cafes and parks that define this lively city.
Day 2: Varazdin and Trakošćan Castle – Transfer to Plitvice
Begin the day with a guided small group tour of Varazdin, often referred to as Croatia’s baroque jewel. Discover beautifully preserved palaces, vibrant city squares, and romantic alleyways. From there, continue to Trakošćan Castle, a stunning 13th-century hilltop fortress surrounded by scenic nature. Later, travel onward to Plitvice National Park for an overnight stay surrounded by natural beauty.
Day 3: Travel to Dubrovnik
After a peaceful morning in Plitvice, make your way to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted at the airport by a private transfer and taken to your hotel. The rest of the day is free to explore the Pearl of the Adriatic. Wander through the cobbled streets of the Old Town or unwind by the seaside with stunning views of medieval walls and red-roofed buildings.
Day 4: Kotor and Perast Day Trip
Today features a full-day group tour to the neighbouring country of Montenegro. You’ll visit Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage site nestled at the base of a mountain in a beautiful bay. Enjoy its stone streets, historic walls, and charming squares. The tour also includes a visit to Perast, a serene coastal town known for its baroque architecture and scenic offshore islets. Return to Dubrovnik in the evening.
Day 5: Dubrovnik Panoramic Cruise – Travel to Split
In the morning, embark on a scenic panoramic boat cruise. This relaxing 45-minute experience showcases the beauty of Dubrovnik’s city walls, Lokrum Island, and the coastline from the sea. After the cruise, continue your journey to Split. Once in Split, take time to explore its laid-back Mediterranean ambiance.
Day 6: Diocletian’s Palace Walking Tour and Departure
On your final day, enjoy a guided walking tour of Split’s historic core, featuring the UNESCO-listed Diocletian’s Palace. Discover Peristyle Square, the Cathedral of St. Domnius, and many hidden gems within the palace walls. After soaking in the city’s heritage and atmosphere, prepare for your onward journey.
  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
  • Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
  • Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
  • Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
  • Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
  • Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
  • Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
  • A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
  • An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
  • Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
  • In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
  • Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  • Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
  • Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
  • Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
  • There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
  • A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
