Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Bucharest

Begin your journey in Romania’s capital, Bucharest. After your arrival, proceed independently to your hotel. Once checked in, the remainder of the day is free for you to explore the city at your leisure. Bucharest is often called the “Paris of the East” for its elegant architecture, broad boulevards, and vibrant cultural scene. Consider an evening stroll down Victory Avenue or a visit to the historic Old Town.

Day 2: Travel to Timisoara

Depart Bucharest and continue your journey to Timisoara, one of Romania’s most charming cities. Known for its baroque architecture, colorful squares, and multicultural heritage, Timisoara is a city of innovation and elegance. After arriving and settling in, enjoy your evening soaking up the local ambiance, perhaps by visiting Union Square or trying traditional Romanian cuisine.

Day 3: Travel to Belgrade

Continue to Belgrade, Serbia’s energetic capital. A city that bridges Eastern and Western Europe, Belgrade boasts an eclectic mix of Habsburg, Ottoman, and modernist architecture. Upon arrival, explore Kalemegdan Fortress overlooking the confluence of the Danube and Sava rivers, and take in the buzz of Knez Mikhailov pedestrian street. Enjoy a relaxing evening with riverside dining or local nightlife.

Day 4: Travel to Sarajevo

Make your way to Sarajevo, the capital of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Sarajevo is a city where East meets West, known for its mosques, churches, and synagogues that coexist within the same neighbourhoods. Upon arrival, take a walk through the cobbled streets of Baščaršija, the old bazaar, and enjoy local delicacies like burek and Bosnian coffee.

Day 5: Travel to Dubrovnik

Today you will journey to the coastal gem of Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by a private driver who will transfer you to your accommodation. Spend the rest of the day exploring the walled Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage site filled with stunning stone architecture, charming alleys, and breath-taking views of the Adriatic Sea.

Day 6: Panoramic Cruise in Dubrovnik

Set out for a scenic 45-minute boat ride along Dubrovnik’s stunning coastline. View the imposing city walls from the sea, pass by the island of Lokrum, and capture panoramic sights of Banje beach and Fort Lovrijenac. After the cruise, you can continue to explore the city’s fortresses, museums, or enjoy a sunset dinner by the harbor.

Day 7: Travel to Tirana

Check out and proceed to Tirana, Albania’s colorful capital. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by a private transfer to your hotel. Spend your afternoon exploring Skanderbeg Square, Tirana’s central boulevard, or relaxing in the Grand Park. Tirana is known for its pastel buildings, friendly locals, and growing culinary scene.

Day 8: Travel to Podgorica

In the morning, enjoy a private transfer to Tirana Airport and then travel onwards to Podgorica, the capital of Montenegro. After arrival and hotel check-in, spend your day discovering the peaceful city of Podgorica. Highlights include the Millennium Bridge, the Old Ribnica River Bridge, and the green spaces around Gorica Hill.

Day 9: Departure from Podgorica

Conclude your Eastern European journey with a check-out from your hotel and proceed to the airport for your onward journey. Reflect on the rich cultures, scenic landscapes, and diverse histories you’ve encountered throughout Romania, Serbia, Bosnia, Croatia, Albania, and Montenegro.

  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government levies, fuel surcharges, or the imposition of new taxes by government authorities after booking.
  • Charges related to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, and air ticket deviation fees.
  • Any fluctuation in foreign exchange rates that results in an increase in land arrangement costs prior to departure.
  • Expenses for pre- or post-tour hotel stays that are not part of the official itinerary.
  • Additional costs incurred due to unforeseen or unavoidable situations such as changes in routes, airlines, travel dates, or accommodation caused by force majeure circumstances.
  • Personal expenses including but not limited to porterage, laundry, telephone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and meals or drinks not listed in the fixed group menu.
  • Any extra expenses arising from medical emergencies, such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, or other personal situations.
  • Fees for services, excursions, or activities not explicitly included in the group tour itinerary.
  • For direct joiners, airport transfers are not included and must be arranged by the passenger. They are expected to meet the group directly at the designated hotel.
  • Booking amount is ₹30,000 per person if booked more than 45 days before departure.
  • An additional ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
  • For bookings within 45 days of travel, ₹75,000 per person must be paid at the time of booking.
  • Full payment (100%) must be completed 21 days prior to departure.
  • All payments must follow the payment schedule mentioned above.
  • Non-compliance may result in tour/booking cancellation and forfeiture of the amount paid.
  • In case of visa rejection, ₹20,000 per person will be charged as cancellation fees, along with any visa fees paid.
  • Passport should be valid for at least 6 months from the travel date.
  • Tour cancellation 30 days prior to departure will attract a 10% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before travel will incur a 50% cancellation charge.
  • Cancellation within 15 days of departure is completely non-refundable.
  • International hotel check-in time is 1500 hrs and check-out time is 1100 hrs.
  • Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • For guaranteed early check-in/late check-out, one-night extra charges will apply.
  • Tour operations are subject to applicable government regulations.
  • It is advised to carry one check-in bag and one hand bag per person due to limited luggage space in the coach.
  • Any increase in European taxes or fees may result in a price revision, which will be communicated and justified.
  • No refunds will be provided for unused services.
  • Minimum of 20 passengers is required to operate the group tour.
  • If the group size is below 20, passengers may be merged with another tour without affecting sightseeing inclusions.
  • In some cases, travelers may need to join another group if the initial group lacks sufficient members.
  • If any sightseeing or excursions are closed, alternative options will be arranged.
  • Due to travel delays or legal driving restrictions, packed dinners may be provided on some days.
  • Passengers joining the group directly must arrange their own airport transfers or book them separately.
  • Passengers departing from Zurich or Frankfurt on their own must manage their transfers or pay the tour manager based on advised costs.
