Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Delhi and Transfer to Agra via Fatehpur Sikri
On arrival in Delhi, begin your journey toward Agra with a stop at Fatehpur Sikri, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and former Mughal capital. Explore the majestic Buland Darwaza, Jama Mosque, Jodha Bai’s Palace, Panch Mahal, and the Tomb of Salim Chishti. Continue the drive to Agra and visit the historic Agra Fort, an architectural marvel made of red sandstone, offering a glimpse into Mughal grandeur. After sightseeing, check in to your hotel in Agra for an overnight stay.
Day 2: Excursion to Fatehpur Sikri and Bharatpur
After breakfast, head for an in-depth visit to Fatehpur Sikri, exploring its splendid Mughal architecture once more, including Jodha Bai Mahal, Jama Mosque, Buland Darwaza, Panch Mahal, and the Tomb of Salim Chishti. Later, proceed to Bharatpur to visit the renowned Keoladeo National Park, a UNESCO-listed bird sanctuary. Enjoy bird-watching in this diverse ecosystem before returning to Agra for the night.
Day 3: Drive from Shimla to Manali
Begin the journey to Manali, a beautiful town nestled along the Beas River and surrounded by snow-capped peaks. Known for its serene landscapes and adventure sports, Manali is a favorite among both honeymooners and thrill-seekers. Upon arrival, check in to your hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening at leisure.
Day 4: Manali Local Sightseeing
Explore Manali’s popular attractions including the Hadimba Devi Temple, a beautiful wooden shrine set amidst cedar forests, and the peaceful Buddhist Monastery. Visit the quaint village of Vashisht,known for its hot sulphur springs and traditional Himachali charm. Return to your hotel in the afternoon and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 5: Excursion to Kasol and Manikaran
Take a full-day trip to Kasol and Manikaran in the scenic Parvati Valley. Enjoy the tranquil vibes of Kasol and explore Manikaran, famed for its natural hot springs and religious significance among both Hindus and Sikhs. Stop by the Kullu Shawl Factory on the return journey to shop for local handicrafts.Arrive back in Manali for overnight stay.
Day 6: Transfer from Manali to Dharamshala
Check out from your hotel and drive to Dharamshala, the serene hill town known as the residence of the Dalai Lama. Surrounded by the snow-draped Dhauladhar ranges and pine forests, Dharamshala is a peaceful retreat that offers both spiritual charm and natural beauty. After reaching, check in and enjoy a restful evening.
Day 7: Drive from Dharamshala to Dalhousie
Depart Dharamshala and proceed to Dalhousie, a charming colonial hill station famed for its tranquil atmosphere and scenic landscapes. En route, witness striking Buddhist rock carvings. On arrival, explore the local markets like Subhash Chowk and Gandhi Chowk or simply unwind in the serene mountain air. Overnight stay at Dalhousie.
Day 8: Dalhousie Local Sightseeing
Enjoy a day of sightseeing in Dalhousie starting with visits to historic churches including St. Andrew’s and St. John’s. Visit Subhash Baoli for its peaceful ambiance and association with Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose. Continue to Panchpula, a picturesque stream-fed picnic spot, and the Kalatop Wildlife Sanctuary known for its Himalayan fauna. Return to your hotel for overnight stay.
Day 9: Transfer from Dalhousie to Amritsar and Wagah Border Visit
After breakfast, travel to Amritsar, the spiritual and cultural heart of Punjab. Upon arrival, check in and visit the iconic Wagah Border for the evening Flag Retreat Ceremony, a powerful display of patriotism and synchronized military drill between Indian and Pakistani soldiers. Overnight stay in Amritsar.
Day 10: Amritsar Excursion and Departure
Check out after breakfast and enjoy some final shopping or sightseeing before heading again to the Wagah Border for another chance to witness the ceremonial retreat (if not covered earlier).Later, proceed to Amritsar Airport or Railway Station for your departure, concluding a memorable trip through the heart of Himachal and Punjab.

  • Standard vehicle usage is permitted between 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM, covering sightseeing and travel as per the itinerary.
  • For outings beyond 7:00 PM, additional vehicle charges will apply or alternative transportation must be arranged at your own cost.
  • Most hotels in Munnar provide only non-AC rooms. Kindly reconfirm your room category if you require an AC room.
  • In the event of road closures, alternate routes may need to be taken to reach your destination. Any additional charges for such detours will be payable directly.
  • Entry tickets to the Periyar Wildlife Reserve are not included and must be pre-booked before travel.
  • Similarly, most hotels in Thekkady offer only non-AC rooms. Please verify your room type if air conditioning is desired.
  • Upon hotel check-in, an advance/security deposit may be required (as per hotel policy). This is refundable at check-out, minus any applicable charges for mini-bar items, late check-out, or damages to the room.
