Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Welcome to Helsinki!

Arrive at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport and pick up your rental car. Drive into the city and explore key landmarks such as Senate Square, Uspenskij Cathedral, Parliament House, Finlandia Hall, Sibelius Park & Monument, and Temppeliaukio Church. The day is yours to discover Helsinki’s charm at your own pace. Overnight stay at a hotel in Helsinki.

Day 2: Helsinki to Porvoo

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel. Spend the morning visiting sites like the Suomenlinna Sea Fortress, a UNESCO World Heritage site just a short ferry ride from Market Square. Later, drive to Porvoo via the historic King’s Road, with optional stops at Haikko Manor and the 15th-century Sipoo Church. In Porvoo, explore the cobbled streets of the Old Town, visit the medieval cathedral, and relax at a boutique hotel for the night.

Day 3: Porvoo to Turku

Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before heading to Turku, Finland’s oldest city and former capital. Travel along the scenic King’s Road, with an optional detour to Hanko to see Finland’s southernmost point. Once in Turku, visit Turku Castle, Luostarinmäki Handicrafts Museum, the Aboa Vetus & Ars Nova museum, and the botanical gardens on Ruissalo Island. Overnight stay at a hotel in Turku.

Day 4: Turku – Naantali – Tuusula

Drive to Naantali, the official summer city of Finland. Highlights include the Kultaranta Estate, Moomin World, and Naantali’s Old Town. Later in the day, head to Tuusula near Helsinki Airport. Check into the Krapi Estate, a cultural haven with historic artist homes, gardens, and lakeside scenery. Spend the night at a hotel in Tuusula.

Day 5: Depart from Tuusula – Helsinki – Vantaa Airport

Enjoy a peaceful morning at Krapi Estate. If time permits, explore Tuusulan Rantatie’s museums and cultural sites. Return your rental car at the airport before boarding your flight home.

  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of new taxes by authorities.
  • Costs associated with upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, as well as charges for air ticket deviations or modifications.
  • Any fluctuations in foreign exchange rates that result in increased land arrangement costs prior to departure.
  • Expenses for hotel stays before the tour begins or after it concludes.
  • Additional costs arising from unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure events such as changes in travel routes, airlines, travel dates, or accommodation arrangements.
  • Personal expenses including porterage, laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the set group menu.
  • Extra expenses incurred due to individual medical emergencies, such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, or other personal situations.
  • Charges for any services or activities not specifically mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
  • For passengers opting to join the tour directly, the cost of airport transfers will be borne by the individual, and they must meet the group at the designated hotel.
  • A minimum booking amount of ₹45,000 per person is required if the booking is made at least 45 days prior to the travel date.
  • An additional deposit of ₹30,000 per person must be paid within one week of the initial booking.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance (100% of the total tour cost) must be paid no later than 21 days prior to departure.
  • All payments must be made as per the above policy. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking, and the company reserves the right to forfeit any amount already paid.
  • In the event of visa rejection, a cancellation fee of ₹40,000 per person will apply, in addition to any non-refundable visa fees.
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations within 15 days of travel are non-refundable.
  • Standard international check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
  • For guaranteed early check-in, charges equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  • All tours will be operated in compliance with applicable government regulations.
  • Due to limited luggage space in tour coaches, travelers are advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
  • In the event of an increase in taxes or surcharges in Europe, the tour price will be adjusted accordingly.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unutilized services during the tour.
  • A minimum of 20 passengers is required to operate the group tour. If the group size falls below this number, it may be merged with a similar tour without affecting the itinerary or sightseeing.
  • Occasionally, travelers may be required to join another group if the minimum number of participants is not met.
  • If any scheduled sightseeing or excursion is unavailable, suitable alternatives will be arranged.
  • In cases of unforeseen delays or due to driving regulations, packed dinners may be provided.
  • Passengers opting for direct joining must arrange their own airport transfers or book them separately.
  • Guests joining directly must also book their own internal flights and must arrive in Oslo by 12:00 PM as per the itinerary.
