Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Zagreb
Upon your arrival at Zagreb Airport, you will be welcomed by our representative and privately transferred to your hotel. After check-in, relax and enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Zagreb City & Panorama Tour
After breakfast, embark on a guided city walking tour starting at 10:30 am. This tour features Zagreb’s Upper and Lower Towns, including Ban Jelačić Square, St. Mark’s Church, the Blue Funicular, and the WW tunnels. Learn about the city’s history and modern character during this engaging experience.

Day 3: Leisure Day in Zagreb

Check out and take a morning flight or overland transfer (on your own) to Dubrovnik. Upon arrival, your private transfer will escort you from Dubrovnik Airport to your hotel. The remainder of the day is free to unwind or explore Dubrovnik’s historic old town.

Day 10: Split Panoramic Tour & Departure
End your Croatia trip with a half-day panoramic tuk-tuk tour of Split. See Bacvice Beach, Marjane Hill, and historic neighbourhoods. Afterwards, proceed to the airport or your onward destination on your own.

Exclusions
- Tipping is customary for service providers such as coach drivers and local guides.
- A mandatory tip of EUR 3 per person per day is applicable.
- For this 10-day tour, a total tip amount of EUR 27 per person must be paid to the Tour Manager on Day 1.
- For all departures starting in 2025, driver and tour manager tips are included in the package.
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or newly introduced government levies will result in additional charges.
- Any upgrade in airline class or hotel room category, as well as deviation in air ticket bookings, will incur extra costs.
- Any increase in the exchange rate that affects land arrangements prior to departure will lead to a price adjustment.
- Costs related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation are not included.
- Any additional expenses due to unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure situations—such as route changes, airline or date changes, or accommodation changes—will be borne by the traveler.
- Expenses of a personal nature such as porterage, laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu are not covered.
- Any additional expenses incurred for an individual due to medical emergencies like illness, hospitalization, or accidents are excluded.
- Charges for any services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary are not included.
Terms & Conditions
- An initial booking amount of Rs. 30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days before the travel date.
- An additional payment of Rs. 45,000 per person must be made within one week of the initial booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to departure.
- Payments must be made as per the above-mentioned schedule.
- Failure to comply with the payment terms may result in cancellation of the tour/booking, and the amount paid till then will be forfeited by the company.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of Rs. 40,000 per person will apply; the remaining balance, if any, will be refunded.
- Passports must have a minimum validity of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to departure will incur a cancellation fee of 10% of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 15 days of departure are fully non-refundable.
