Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Hong Kong – Night Tour Adventure

Arrive and check in to your hotel. By 4:00 PM, begin the Hong Kong Night Tour including a Star Ferry ride or Harbour Cruise, Symphony of Lights Show, Victoria Peak by Peak Tram, and a visit to Madame Tussauds. Enjoy the stunning skyline and return to your hotel for the night.

Day 2: Full-Day Ocean Park Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a fun-filled day at Ocean Park. See penguins, walruses, dolphins, and giant pandas. Ride the cable car, outdoor escalator, and amusement attractions. Includes hotel pickup, drop-off, and entry tickets. Return to hotel and relax overnight.

Day 3: Full-Day Disneyland Tour

Have breakfast and head to Hong Kong Disneyland. Visit Fantasyland, Adventureland, Tomorrowland, and Toy Story Land. Enjoy magical shows, parades, and character meet-and-greets. Private transfers and park entry included. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay

Day 4: Leisure Day / Optional Sightseeing

After breakfast, spend the day at leisure. Optional tours at extra cost:

  • Lantau Island with Ngong Ping 360 Cable Car
  • Full-Day Macau City Tour with ferry and Indian lunch
  • Shenzhen Tour with Window of the World entry, train, and Indian lunch
    Overnight stay in Hong Kong.
Day 5: Transfer to Macau

Check out after breakfast. Head to Hong Kong Pier and take a ferry to Macau. Upon arrival, check in to your Macau hotel and begin the next leg of your journey.

  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
  • Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
  • Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
  • Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
  • Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
  • Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
  • Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
  • Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
  • A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
  • An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
  • Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
  • In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
  • Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
  • Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  • Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
  • Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
  • Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
  • There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
  • A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
