Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Paris
Welcome to Paris – the fashion capital of the world! Upon arrival at Charles de Gaulle Airport, you will be greeted by our representative and transferred privately to your hotel. Check in and spend the rest of the day at leisure, exploring Paris at your own pace or relaxing after your journey.

Day 2: Explore Paris at Leisure
After breakfast at the hotel, enjoy a day free for self-exploration. Stroll along the Seine, visit landmarks like the Eiffel Tower, Notre-Dame Cathedral, or browse shops and cafés in the Marais or Montmartre.

Day 3: Disneyland Paris Tour
Enjoy a full-day tour to Disneyland Paris. You will board a shared coach from the central meeting point for a fun-filled day at one of the two Disney parks. Return in the evening by shared transfer.

Day 4: Paris to Zurich

Day 5 & 6: Leisure Days in Zurich

Day 7: Zurich to Copenhagen

Day 8: Copenhagen Canal Cruise

Day 9: Departure from Copenhagen or Continuation to Oslo
After breakfast, check out and proceed to the airport for departure or connect to your next leg (Oslo, Stockholm, Helsinki) if part of the extended itinerary.

Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government levies, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of new taxes by the government.
- Charges related to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, as well as any deviation fees for changes to air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates that lead to an increase in land arrangement costs prior to departure.
- Expenses for hotel accommodations before or after the official tour dates.
- Additional costs arising from unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure circumstances such as changes in route, airline, travel dates, or accommodation arrangements during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone bills, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the standard group menu.
- Any additional costs incurred due to personal medical emergencies, including illness, accidents, or hospitalization.
- Charges for optional services, excursions, or activities not specifically mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
- For passengers opting to join the tour directly, airport transfers are not included and must be arranged and paid for by the individual. These passengers will join the group at the designated hotel.
Terms & Conditions
- Booking amount or initial deposit is minimum Rs. 30,000 per person if booking is done 45 days before travel.
- Post Booking within 1 week an additional deposit of Rs. 45,000 per person needs to be paid.
- For travel within 45 days of travel minimum deposit of Rs. 75,000 per person needs to be paid at time of booking.
- Full 100% balance payment is required to be done 21 days prior to travel.
- Full payment must be made in accordance with the policy stated above.
- In case of non-compliance thereto by the client, the company reserves a right to cancel the tour /booking of the client and forfeit the amount already deposited with the Company.
- In case of any visa rejection, the cancellation charges will be Rs. 20,000 plus any Visa Fees Paid (if selected).
Passport should be valid for 6 months from the date of departure. - The Tour can be cancelled 30 days before travel by paying 10% of the tour value as cancellation charges.
- Within 15 days – 30 days of travel the tour can be cancelled by paying 50% of the cancellation charge.
- Within 15 days the tour is completely non-refundable.
- International Check in time is 1500 hours / Check out time is 1100 hours, early check in and check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed check-in; charges equivalent to 1 night stay will be applicable.
- Tours will operate subject to all Government regulations
It is suggested to carry one check in bag and one hand bag per person only, due to limited boot space in the coach
In case of any increase in any taxes in Europe, there would be a change in price which will be justified
No refunds for unutilized services. - Minimum passengers required to operate the tour is 20. In case the group strength falls below 20, the group may be merged with a similar tour. However you will not miss any sightseeings as mentioned in the itinerary.
- On some occasions, you may have to join another group in case your group does not have adequate members.
- If certain sightseeing/excursions are closed, then alternate sight-seeing will be arranged.
- In case of inordinate delays and strict driving laws, packed dinner may be provided on that day.
- In case the passenger is joining directly, the arrival transfers have to be arranged by them or booked separately.
- In case the passenger is departing by their own flight Zurich or Frankfurt, arrangements of transfers have to be done by them directly or paid on tour to the tour manager based on the cost advised by them.
