Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Paris

Arrive in Paris, the City of Lights, and enjoy a private transfer from the airport to your accommodation. Spend the day at leisure, resting or exploring the city on your own. You’ll be free to take in the city’s charm at your own pace.

Day 2: Eiffel Tower Visit

After breakfast, enjoy priority access tickets to the Eiffel Tower, bypassing long queues, and ascend to the summit for panoramic views of Paris. This is one of the highlights of your trip, offering a breath-taking view of the city’s iconic landmarks.

Day 3: Toot bus Paris Hop-on Hop-off Tour

Day 4: Paris to Lucerne via Zurich

Day 5: Mount Titlis Excursion

Day 6: Lake Lucerne Catamaran Cruise

Day 8: Glacier 3000 Excursion

Today, travel to Glacier 3000, a snow-covered wonderland located at an altitude of 3,000 meters. Enjoy panoramic views of several Swiss peaks including Jungfrau, Matterhorn, and Mont Blanc, and take in the spectacular winter landscapes year-round.

Day 9: Zurich to Milan

Depart Zurich and take a train to Milan, Italy’s fashion capital. Once in Milan, check in and enjoy a leisurely evening exploring the city or indulging in a shopping spree.

Day 10: Lake Como and Bellagio Tour

Explore the stunning beauty of Lake Como on a full-day tour. Cruise across the lake and visit the charming town of Bellagio, known for its beautiful villas and tranquil streets.

Day 11: Milan to Florence

Catch a morning train to Florence, the cradle of the Renaissance. Spend the rest of the day exploring this city of art, culture, and history.

Day 12: Pisa Excursion

Take an afternoon excursion to Pisa, where you’ll visit the iconic Leaning Tower and other historic sites. This afternoon trip lets you experience the grandeur of Pisa’s monuments.

Day 13: Florence to Milan

Return to Milan by train for the final leg of your journey. Spend the remainder of the day exploring Milan’s landmarks or shopping in the world-renowned fashion districts.

Day 14: Departure from Milan

On your last day, enjoy breakfast and have a private transfer to Milan’s airport for your departure flight.

  • Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government levies, fuel surcharges, or newly introduced taxes imposed by the government.
  • Charges for upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, and any deviation fees related to changes in air ticket bookings.
  • Fluctuations in the currency exchange rate that result in increased costs for land arrangements prior to departure.
  • Expenses for additional hotel accommodation before or after the scheduled tour.
  • Any unforeseen expenses due to force majeure situations such as route changes, airline modifications, date changes, or accommodation adjustments during the tour.
  • Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, phone calls, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or beverages not included in the pre-set group menu.
  • Extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accidents, hospitalization, or any personal emergency.
  • Charges for services or activities not specifically included in the group tour itinerary.
  • For passengers opting for direct joining, the cost of airport transfers is not included and must be borne by the individual. Such passengers will join the group directly at the hotel.
  • A minimum initial deposit of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days before the travel date.
  • An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid before 1st November 2024 to initiate the visa processing.
  • For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
  • The full balance payment (100% of the tour cost) must be completed at least 21 days prior to departure.
  • All payments must be made in accordance with the schedule above. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking, with forfeiture of any amount already paid.
  • In case of visa rejection, a cancellation fee of ₹20,000 per person will apply, in addition to any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
  • Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure
  • Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure: 10% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellations made 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total tour cost will be charged.
  • Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
  • Standard international hotel check-in is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, an additional charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
  • Due to limited coach luggage space, it is advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
  • Tours are subject to all applicable government regulations at the time of travel.
  • In case of tax changes or increases in Europe, the tour price will be adjusted accordingly and justifiably.
  • No refunds will be provided for any unused services during the tour.
  • A minimum of 20 passengers is required to operate the group tour. If the group size falls below this threshold:
  • The group may be merged with another tour without affecting the sightseeing coverage mentioned in the itinerary.
  • You may be asked to join another group departure with similar inclusions.
  • If any sightseeing or excursion is unavailable due to closure, suitable alternate arrangements will be provided.
  • In the case of unexpected delays or restrictions due to local driving laws, packed dinners may be arranged as necessary.
  • Passengers joining the tour directly must arrange their own arrival transfers or book them separately.
  • If a passenger chooses to depart from Milan or Rome on a separate flight, departure transfers must be arranged individually or can be paid to the tour manager based on the advised cost.
