Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in Bali – Uluwatu Sunset & Dinner
Arrive at Ngurah Rai International Airport and receive a warm welcome. Transfer to your private pool villa and unwind. In the evening, visit the majestic Uluwatu Temple perched on a cliff and witness the Kecak dance at sunset. End the day with a romantic candlelight seafood dinner at Jimbaran Beach.
Day 2: Ubud Exploration & Spa Therapy
After breakfast, explore Ubud – visit the Sacred Monkey Forest, Tegalalang Rice Terraces, and Tegenungan Waterfall. Enjoy shopping at Ubud Art Market. Later, indulge in a relaxing couple’s Balinese massage and spa session. Return to your resort for a cozy evening.
Day 3: Nusa Penida Island Day Tour
Take a speedboat to Nusa Penida for a full-day tour of Kelingking Beach, Broken Beach, Angel’s Billabong, and Crystal Bay. Enjoy stunning views and capture romantic moments together. Return to Bali by evening and relax at your villa.
Day 4: Romantic Activities & Leisure
Start your day with a floating breakfast in your private pool. Later, enjoy a private photoshoot or opt for a flower bath experience. The rest of the day is at leisure—relax by the beach or explore nearby cafes and boutique stores.
Day 5: North Bali Adventure
Embark on a scenic tour to Ulun Danu Beratan Temple, the Handara Gate, and Banyumala Twin Waterfalls. Visit Wanagiri Hidden Hills for iconic swings and breathtaking views. Enjoy lunch by the lakeside before returning to your villa.
Day 6: Departure
Enjoy your final breakfast in Bali and check out. Depending on your flight time, take a last stroll on the beach or relax before your transfer to the airport with unforgettable honeymoon memories.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
- Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
- Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
- There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
