Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1:Arrival – Bagdogra/NJP to Phuentsholing
Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station, where our representative will greet you. Proceed on a scenic drive to Phuentsholing, the gateway to Bhutan. Upon arrival, check-in and enjoy an evening exploring the local markets.
Overnight in Phuentsholing.
Day 2 :Phuentsholing to Thimphu
After breakfast, complete immigration formalities and head towards Thimphu, the charming capital of Bhutan. En route, witness the serene Himalayan landscapes. Upon arrival, check-in and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 3:Thimphu Sightseeing – Transfer to Punakha
Explore Thimphu’s cultural treasures: the National Memorial Chorten, Buddha Dordenma (Buddha Point), and the Takin Preserve. Post-lunch, drive to Punakha via Dochula Pass, offering panoramic views of the Himalayas. Visit the magnificent Punakha Dzong and the historic Punakha Suspension Bridge.

Day 4: Punakha to Paro – Tiger’s Nest Excursion
Transfer to Paro after breakfast. Begin your unforgettable hike to Taktshang Monastery (Tiger’s Nest) – Bhutan’s most iconic landmark. Later, visit Ta Dzong (National Museum) and Rinpung Dzong, both exemplifying Bhutanese architecture.
Overnight in Paro.
Day 5: Departure – Paro to Phuentsholing – Bagdogra/NJP
After breakfast, return to Phuentsholing and proceed to Bagdogra Airport or NJP Railway Station for departure, carrying unforgettable memories of Bhutan’s natural beauty and spiritual charm.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of any new government-imposed taxes.
- Additional costs due to upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, or any deviation charges for changes in air tickets.
- Fluctuations in foreign exchange rates resulting in an increase in the cost of land arrangements prior to departure.
- Expenses related to pre- or post-tour hotel accommodation.
- Any additional costs incurred due to route changes, airline changes, date modifications, or accommodation changes arising from unforeseen or unavoidable force majeure events during the tour.
- Personal expenses such as porterage, laundry, telephone charges, shopping, wines, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the group menu.
- Any extra costs incurred for an individual due to illness, accident, hospitalization, or any other personal emergency.
- Charges for optional services or activities not mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹30,000 per person is required if the booking is made more than 45 days prior to the departure date.
- An additional deposit of ₹45,000 per person must be paid within one week of booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a minimum deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the tour cost) must be paid at least 21 days prior to the departure date.
- Payments must strictly adhere to the above schedule. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking/tour by the company, and the deposited amount will be forfeited.
- In the event of visa rejection, cancellation charges of ₹20,000 per person will apply, along with any non-refundable visa fees already paid (if applicable).
- Passports must be valid for a minimum of 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made up to 30 days before departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 15 days of departure are non-refundable.
- International hotel check-in time is 3:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. For guaranteed early check-in, a charge equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- Tours are subject to prevailing government regulations at the time of travel.
- Due to limited luggage space in the coach, it is recommended to carry only one check-in bag and one handbag per person.
- Any increase in European taxes will lead to a proportionate revision in the tour price, which will be communicated in advance.
- There will be no refund for unused services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 participants is required to operate the group tour. If the group size is below 20, it may be merged with another similar group departure. All sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will still be covered.
