A complete UK tour meant for those travelers who wish to completely cover the best of UK and Scotland. The tour covers all the major sights in UK, while staying at comfortable 4 star hotels in major cities (within a radius of 16-20 km from the city center). Travelers will have access and free time to enjoy cities on their own and also indulge in shopping. There is a experienced tour manager (speaks Hindi and English) accompanying the group who will guide them for whatever they need on trip. All meals (lunches and dinners) are included and shall be done at Indian restaurants.

Itinerary Day Wise
Day 1: Arrival in London
Welcome to the capital of England and the United Kingdom—London. Upon arrival at the airport, meet your Tour Manager or Local Representative outside the customs area. You’ll be escorted to your hotel, where you can check-in and relax after your journey (standard check-in time is after 3:00 pm). Enjoy your first dinner in London and settle in for the night.
Day 2: London Sightseeing – Tower of London, London Eye & Madame Tussauds
After a hearty English breakfast, begin your guided city tour of London. Explore iconic landmarks such as Hyde Park, Big Ben, Houses of Parliament, Westminster Abbey, Trafalgar Square, Piccadilly Circus, Buckingham Palace, and Tower Bridge. Witness the Changing of the Guard ceremony (subject to schedule). Visit the Tower of London and discover the Crown Jewels, including the world-famous Kohinoor diamond. Next, enjoy a ride on the London Eye for panoramic views of the city. Later, head to Madame Tussauds Wax Museum to see life-like statues of world-famous personalities. Return to your hotel for an overnight stay in London.
Day 3: Lords Cricket Ground, Oxford and Manchester Tour
After breakfast, visit the iconic Lord’s Cricket Ground for a behind-the-scenes tour (subject to availability; otherwise Tower of London will be visited). Later, drive to the prestigious Oxford University, the oldest English-speaking university in the world, and enjoy a brief visit. Post lunch, continue your journey to Manchester. On arrival, enjoy a panoramic tour covering the Town Hall, National Football Museum, Museum of Science and Industry, Manchester United Football Club, and the Cathedral. Overnight stay in Manchester.
Day 4: Lake Windermere Cruise & Glasgow with Whiskey Experience
Start the day with breakfast and head north to the scenic Lake District. Enjoy a peaceful cruise on Lake Windermere surrounded by hills and forests. Post cruise, drive to Glasgow, the largest city in Scotland. Enjoy a panoramic tour including Glasgow Cathedral, George Square, and St. Vincent Place. End your day with a visit to a local distillery and enjoy a Scottish Whisky Experience. Overnight stay in Glasgow.
Day 5: Loch Ness, Glencoe, Loch Lomond & Luss Village
After breakfast, venture into the heart of the Scottish Highlands. Stop at Tyndrum village for refreshments at the famous Green Welly Stop. Travel through Glencoe Pass, famous for its breathtaking landscapes and its appearance in the movie Skyfall. Visit Fort Augustus, a charming village on the southern tip of Loch Ness. On the return journey, enjoy scenic views along Loch Lomond and make a photo stop at the picturesque Luss Village. Head back to Glasgow for overnight stay.
Day 6: Edinburgh Sightseeing & Drive to Birmingham
After breakfast, travel from Glasgow to Edinburgh. Explore the city’s highlights starting with a visit to the majestic Edinburgh Castle on Castle Rock. Walk along the Royal Mile and pass by the Palace of Holyroodhouse. Enjoy some leisure time to absorb the city’s medieval charm. Later, drive south to Birmingham for an overnight stay.
Day 7: Bicester Village Shopping & Return to London
Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Bicester Village, a shopper’s paradise just outside London. Enjoy great deals on top luxury brands in a charming open-air village setting. Browse through boutiques and relax at cafes during your shopping spree. Afterward, return to London and check in to your hotel for the night.
Day 8: Departure from London
After your final breakfast in London, check out from the hotel. You’ll be transferred to the airport by private coach for your return flight home, bringing an end to a memorable UK & Scotland journey.
Exclusions
- Any increase in airfare, visa fees, airport taxes, government-imposed taxes, fuel surcharges, or the introduction of new taxes by authorities.
- Costs associated with upgrades in airline class or hotel room category, as well as charges for air ticket deviations or modifications.
- Any fluctuations in foreign exchange rates that result in increased land arrangement costs prior to departure.
- Expenses for hotel stays before the tour begins or after it concludes.
- Additional costs arising from unforeseen and unavoidable force majeure events such as changes in travel routes, airlines, travel dates, or accommodation arrangements.
- Personal expenses including porterage, laundry, phone calls, shopping, alcoholic beverages, and food or drinks not included in the set group menu.
- Extra expenses incurred due to individual medical emergencies, such as illness, accidents, hospitalization, or other personal situations.
- Charges for any services or activities not specifically mentioned in the group tour itinerary.
- For passengers opting to join the tour directly, the cost of airport transfers will be borne by the individual, and they must meet the group at the designated hotel.
Terms & Conditions
- A minimum booking amount of ₹45,000 per person is required if the booking is made at least 45 days prior to the travel date.
- An additional deposit of ₹30,000 per person must be paid within one week of the initial booking.
- For bookings made within 45 days of travel, a deposit of ₹75,000 per person is required at the time of booking.
- The remaining balance (100% of the total tour cost) must be paid no later than 21 days prior to departure.
- All payments must be made as per the above policy. Failure to comply may result in cancellation of the booking, and the company reserves the right to forfeit any amount already paid.
- In the event of visa rejection, a cancellation fee of ₹40,000 per person will apply, in addition to any non-refundable visa fees.
- Passports must be valid for at least 6 months from the date of departure.
- Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure will incur a 25% cancellation fee of the total tour cost.
- Cancellations made between 15 to 30 days before departure will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 15 days of travel are non-refundable.
- Standard international check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- For guaranteed early check-in, charges equivalent to one night’s stay will apply.
- All tours will be operated in compliance with applicable government regulations.
- Due to limited luggage space in tour coaches, travelers are advised to carry only one check-in bag and one hand bag per person.
- In the event of an increase in taxes or surcharges in Europe, the tour price will be adjusted accordingly.
- No refunds will be provided for any unutilized services during the tour.
- A minimum of 20 passengers is required to operate the group tour. If the group size falls below this number, it may be merged with a similar tour without affecting the itinerary or sightseeing.
- Occasionally, travelers may be required to join another group if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- If any scheduled sightseeing or excursion is unavailable, suitable alternatives will be arranged.
- In cases of unforeseen delays or due to driving regulations, packed dinners may be provided.
- Passengers opting for direct joining must arrange their own airport transfers or book them separately.
- Guests joining directly must also book their own internal flights and must arrive in Oslo by 12:00 PM as per the itinerary.
